Dutch design bracelet by Geertje and Roos Eek. Special shapes and patterns with an industrial punching machine made from brass plate. Finished with pop rivets that give the bracelet more relief and appearance. In addition, 24k gold-plated which adds warmth and shine. The result is a sturdy and elegant bracelet. The sheet material of the Left collection has been completely reused. As a result, there may be small scratches on the base material that have been gold-plated.

The Left collection

The idea behind the Left collection is not to leave any residual material: to use the entire sheet of metal, without cutting waste, so NoLeftovers. This is how the name of the Left collection was born. The idea arose when Roos was experimenting with the leftover sheet material from other Tweek jewellery. By cutting the plate into pieces, she discovered new patterns with unique shapes. This was the inspiration for a new Tweek project: ‘Designing a piece of jewelry where we use everything, including the remaining skeleton’. This collection was designed with the leftover plates of a metal furniture manufacturer. The use of the punching machine and pop rivets give the collection a sturdy but elegant look.

Tweek Jewelry from twins Roos and Geertje Eek

Tweek is the jewelry label of Roos and Geertje, who, as daughters of designer Piet Hein Eek, have been raised with a love for materials, design and making. Tweek jewelry is mainly made from recycled materials such as copper, brass and stainless steel and produced with large factory machinery in high tech and furniture industry that are actually not suitable for jewelry making. ‘That way we end up with sturdy jewelry that really stands out,’ says Geertje. All Tweek jewelry is made in the Netherlands with a focus on sustainability.
