The Trigami collection focuses on one geometric shape: the equilateral triangle. Due to the strong properties of this triangle shape, architects regularly use it as a foundation. Sabine van der Ham has applied this triangle in an innovative way by folding it with origami techniques into an innovative lighting object. The material of the Trigami collection is ceramic, durable and fully reusable. The Trigami hanging lamp is available in 5 colors. Sabine van der Ham
Designer Sabine van der Ham knows how to design interiors and lighting in her own way. Sabine mainly designs circular, with responsible use and reuse of materials. In addition to the different lighting collections of her studio SVDH DESIGN, Het Lichtlab produces some of her designs and she also designs custom lighting. Sabine has a background in studying the Wood and Furniture College (HMC) and the ArtEZ Institute of the Arts. After that she worked at Gispen for five years as a 3D interior designer. She has also worked as an independent designer since her first studies.
Ceramic Studio Cor Unum
The ceramic lampshades of the Trigami pendant lamp are made by Cor Unum. This is a ceramic studio in 's-Hertogenbosch, where beautiful ceramics from nationally and internationally renowned designers are manufactured with great passion and craftsmanship. Cor Unum - literally: one at heart - is supported by many: by ambassadors and students, by designers and volunteers, by people at a distance from the labor market and professionals. They all share one common ideal: everyone deserves a place, everyone has a talent and everyone can contribute to making the world a better place.
About Het Lichtlab
"The right light makes everything special". That is the belief of Erwin Greive, founder of The Lichtlab. It is in this spirit that he creates the lighting collection of Het Lichtlab. In the lab, Het Lichtlab designs and produces lighting in its very own way. The Light Lab also produces designs by other Dutch designers such as Olaf Weller, Alex Groot Jebbink and Sabine van der Ham. If the design appeals, it's good.
