About the designer
The Drip candlestick from Pols Pottens is suitable for any candle. It will have even more impact when combined with one of its brothers or smaller brothers from the range. The Drip range is designed by Pascal Smeelik, who graduated cum laude from the College for the Arts in Utrecht. His ‘Straight’ range was nominated for the Piet Bakker Award and the 'Talent 2009 Design Awards'. Smeelik enjoys experimenting with irregular shapes and materials. Misshaped forms intrigue him, and are an important source of inspiration.
