Mr Maria Anana elephant lamp

Anana is strong, brave, never afraid and goes her own way. A special creature, born from the clouds. And you can put her in your room as a lamp. The Anana lamp is 52 cm high and is made of unbreakable, recyclable material (polyethylene). With a 5 watt LED lamp so that the lamp does not get warm. And equipped with a remote controlled LED module with Dim, Wake-up and Sleep timer functionality. This way you can switch the lamp on and off remotely and adjust the brightness. That is also handy for the nursery, so you can change the Anana lamp from mood lamp to night lamp, so that your child can sleep undisturbed.

The Amsterdam design studio Mr Maria (since 2006), is best known for the Miffy lamp, the most famous item from their collection with other characters such as Snuffy, Nanuk and Anana. Founders Jannes Hak and Lennart Bosker want to cheer people up with their designs and products by creating something sweet with sentimental value. Every design from Mr Maria is a mix of modern simplicity and the richness of classical values. Many lamps have the shape of famous figures, such as Nijntje. At MrMaria they say: “We don't make products. We light up stars. " Give every character a nice place in the house, with a little love they feel at home everywhere.

Eye for the environment

At Mr Maria, they find it their duty as makers to use materials and production techniques that are not harmful to the environment. For example, Mr Maria has developed her own LED lighting since 2012 to ensure a unique and efficient warm light. With every design they strive to improve life locally without being burdensome at a global level.
