Here’s something special: a man who can multitask. Mr. Ed is a book stand and table-lamp at the same time. There’s a reason for this: amidst his impressive book collection, Roderick Vos realized that a little lamp between the books would help him see them better. It was the inspiration for Mr. Ed's bookend. A small light source, supported by two metal books serving as legs on both sides. Mr. Ed is not only suitable for the bookshelves; he is also great for a desk, reading table, or nightstand.

Design

Mr. Ed, the illuminated book stand, is made of mold cast aluminum, finished with a black coating. This bookend with lighting has a height of 21 centimeters and a width of 18.2 centimeters. With a depth of 17 centimeters, it fits into every library and onto any bookshelf. The bottom is equipped with protective felt. Good to know: Mr. Ed has a 150-centimeter cable. Mr. Ed can be used with lamps up to 40 watts, one of which is included with the purchase. Both designed and manufactured in the Netherlands.
