BOWL bowl - pink glass
With BOWL, designers Mia Lagerman and Ehlén Johansson wanted to achieve the seemingly impossible. Do they wonder how to balance a sphere on a flat surface? Since BOWL is made of glass, you can see the ingenuity of their solution: nesting the sphere in a ring. Bowl almost floats above the table. BOWL is mouth-blown and hand-finished, one piece of craftsmanship. This ethereal design is available in three rich colors: brown, green, and pink.
Design philosophy
Fun to fill, easy to carry - 2 thoughts behind the bowl design. Stack fruit from an orchard or an armful of flowers in a bowl and carry it to the table with ease. With the sloping sides, BOWL feels good in the hand. The hollow bottom ensures that it does not become too heavy.
