Dutch idea and design

Merijn Everaarts, founder and creator of Dopper, had the idea to design reusable water bottles after he saw a documentary with shocking images of an enormous ‘plastic soup’ floating in the ocean. Rinke van de Remortel saw an opportunity to turn Everaarts’ idea into handy, sustainable designer bottles in beautiful red, pink, orange, green, and blue colors. The bottle is also available in neutral white plastic and in steel. The cap of this bottle was designed to be used as a drinking cup.

Sustainable; better for ourselves and the environment

The colorful Dopper water bottle is made of non-toxic plastics without plasticizers. A steel version is also available. Furthermore, the Dopper bottles are produced according to the Cradle-to-Cradle principle. The Dopper Original is the first water bottle that is Cradle-to-cradle certified. As a result, only materials and techniques that are less harmful to our health and the environment are used in producing this Dopper bottle.
