High-quality ceramics

Based in The Gruyter Fabriek in 's Hertogenbosch, Cor Unum Contemporary Ceramics produces exclusive high-quality ceramics. Since its founding in 1953, it has developed a range of award-winning and renowned designs by designers, architects, and artists from all over the world. From both established names and talented individuals. From Marcel Wanders, Zweitse Landsheer to Floris Hovers. The name Cor Unum stands for 'of one heart'. Everyone has a talent that deserves to be recognized. To underline this, the designer bowls and vases by Cor Unum are produced by people from the labor market. This is done with so much dedication and skill that both national and international designs are entrusted to this ceramic workshop. The designs that are developed at Cor Unum can be characterized by the way they showcase the almost unlimited possibilities of clay. Ceramics with relief as used in the Cor Unum vase Hieronymus Bosch Studio Kluif or even using daily production waste such as in the beautiful Reclay bowl Charlotte Landsheer. From single products such as the Meck lamp to various sizes and models such as the Cor Unum vase Swing.

Internationally exhibited

A common characteristic is a fact that the Cor Unum home accessories are produced in limited numbers. In recent years, Cor Unum Contemporary Ceramics has presented five exclusive collections in the mecca of the design world: Salone del Mobile in Milan. In 2012, during the JB500 (an event in honor of the important medieval Dutch painter Hieronymus Bosch) Cor Unum developed a special vase with an image of the painting 'Garden of Earthly Delights' by Hieronymus Bosch. The products from the Cor Unum collection can be found in the Frozen Fountain of Amsterdam, the Museum of Modern Art in New York, and Tools Paris. Cor Unum is also the school for vocational learning of St. Lucas in Boxtel. Both in the studio and at school, the experts at Cor Unum teach their students the finer points of the ceramic trade. Cor Unum vases and bowls are sold worldwide. The timeless designs fit into any interior, whether it's your kitchen, living room, or office.
