Michiel Cornelissen, a typical Dutch designer, graduated with honours in Industrial Design Engineering from Delft university of Technology in the Netherlands.

Award winning Dutch design

He worked for over a decade at the Design department at Philips electronics. In his role as strategic creative manager he contributed to projects ranging from hospital equipment to children’s products. Some of this projects, he worked on at Philips Design have been recognized with several design awards like IF, ID and the Red Dot award.
