Versatility and functionality are keywords for Ineke Hans, who started her own Studio in Arnhem, and creates commissioned furniture, products, interiors and events. Ineke Hans graduated in 1991 from the Arnhem School of Arts in the field of 3D design. She continued her studies at the Royal College of Art MA, where she graduated in 1995 in the field of furniture design. Immediately after her studies, she started as a freelancer for home retail chain Habitat, where she amassed extensive experience until 1997. Hardly graduated she started as a freelancer for the shopping chain Habitat, where she gained extensive experience in 1997. For her product design of the Garlic Crusher - its innovative design of a garlic press - she was awarded by Design Plus and Red Dot Design Award.
