Designers, partners, and customers inspire Droog with ideas, from which designers experiment to create new concepts, materials, and techniques. Droog also uses centuries-old craftsmanship. Droog has been around since the early nineties and is a pioneer in new design directions, continuously at the forefront of redefining international luxury design. The most famous designers that Droog has worked with include Hella Jongerius, Marcel Wanders, and Tejo Remy. Today, Droog continues to work on new concepts and outlines for products, spaces, events, and communication tools.

Innovative concepts

With a minimalist approach and respect for the existing methods, Droog always comes up with innovative concepts. In 1993, Droog was founded by Renny Ramakers and Gijs Bakker with the goal of promoting contemporary Dutch design. Renny Ramakers remains the CEO and mastermind behind the famous label.
