With the Boomerang Wok, everyone can become a wok chef! The Boomerang Wok has a unique, patented, cupped edge. This allows you to easily stir ingredients with a simple movement of the spatula. As a results, ingredients will always remain in the pan. The Boomerang Wok does not only make stir-frying a lot easier; but also the baking of large pieces of fish or fish fillets and meat thanks to the patented cupped edge of the Boomerang Wok. And you won’t even have to lift the pan.

Type

The Boomerang Wok has a diameter of 28 centimeters and is made of aluminum and stainless steel and has a bakelite handle. This Boomerang Wok has a warm gray color and is suitable for electric, gas, induction, and ceramic hobs; in short, for all heat sources. While the Boomerang Wok is dishwasher-safe and oven-proof up to a temperature of 160 degrees Celsius, we do not recommend you do this too often so the Teflon non-stick coating remains intact
